Stormwater infrastructure rehab that does not shut down the neighborhood.
Storm drain work used to mean road cuts, lane closures, and weeks of disruption. Trenchless methods change that equation significantly —
CIPP lining installs a new structural pipe inside the old one from access points at each end, with no pavement removal required in most cases.
01
CCTV-first on every project
We never quote rehabilitation without a full-length video inspection. You receive a documented condition report before any work is proposed.
02
Minimal traffic disruption
Trenchless installation typically requires only small access points — no lane closures, no pavement restoration, and far less community impact than open-cut work.
03
Municipal and commercial experience
We work with municipalities, HOAs, commercial developers, and property managers. We handle permits, engineer coordination, and as-built documentation.
04
Flat-rate, written quotes
Scope is locked before work begins. The number on the proposal is the number on the invoice — no change-order surprises halfway through the project.
Three minutes of real jobsite footage — camera inspection, liner pull-through, cure, and the camera-verified result. No animation, no stock B-roll.
STORM DRAIN REHABILITATION FAQ
The questions project owners ask us most.
Short, honest answers — same way we'd explain it on the phone.
Storm drain rehabilitation restores deteriorated, cracked, or structurally failing stormwater infrastructure without full excavation. The most common methods are CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) lining — where a resin-soaked liner is installed inside the existing pipe and cured in place — and pipe bursting for complete replacement. Manholes, catch basins, and culverts can also be rehabilitated using specialized coatings and structural liners.
Key indicators include standing water or street flooding after rain, sinkholes or soil voids near catch basins and drain inlets, visible cracks or joint separation in exposed sections, root intrusion causing blockages, and structural corrosion (common in concrete and metal culverts exposed to hydrogen sulfide). A CCTV inspection confirms the extent and severity before any rehabilitation work is quoted.
Yes — in most cases. CIPP lining installs a new structural pipe inside the existing host pipe from access points at each end. No roadway cut, no pavement restoration, and minimal disruption to traffic or surrounding infrastructure. We assess pipe condition with a CCTV inspection first to confirm the host pipe can support a lining solution.
We rehabilitate storm drain pipe from 6 inches to 60 inches in diameter, including circular, elliptical, and box culvert profiles. Larger diameter infrastructure and reinforced concrete pipe are rehabilitated using structural CIPP formulations designed for high-load applications.
We coordinate with municipal authorities for any work requiring lane closures or pavement cuts. Our crews are trained in traffic control, and we schedule work to minimize peak-hour disruption wherever possible. For trenchless jobs, the surface footprint is small enough that most work proceeds without lane closures.
Yes. LiningWorks works with municipalities, NCDOT-adjacent projects, homeowners associations, commercial property managers, and private developers. We provide CCTV inspection reports, engineering coordination, and as-built documentation to support permit and compliance requirements.
From first inspection to rehabilitated storm drain — three steps.
Whether you are managing a single culvert or a multi-manhole storm system, this is how we approach every project.
01
Contact us about your project
Tell us the pipe size, location, and symptoms — flooding, sinkholes, visible deterioration, or a scheduled condition assessment. We help you determine whether trenchless rehabilitation is the right approach before any mobilization.
02
CCTV inspection & condition report
We run a full-length inspection camera and deliver a documented condition report with footage. Based on the findings, we recommend the most cost-effective rehabilitation method and provide a flat-rate proposal.
03
Rehabilitation, verification, documentation
We mobilize, rehabilitate the system, perform post-installation CCTV verification, and deliver as-built documentation. Final sign-off happens before we leave the site.

We had a plumbing emergency around the holiday's and called a local plumbing company. They cleared the line and quoted a pretty high price to dig up my yard and fix the damaged sewer line. The next day I found LiningWorks online and called Jeremiah. He was very helpful and confident they could fix my sewer line without digging. Seemed too good to be true. The lining has been installed, yard not damaged and looks to have resolved the break. Jeremiah even offered to come back and scope it at a later time to ensure it's all good. Highly recommend Lining Works for any situation where you can't or don't want to dig. Thanks guys!

LiningWorks was top notch. We had a sewer main that got damaged and was completely blocked up. They were able to clear the drain, remove all issues, and reline the entire sewer main without cutting out my driveway and yard. And they were able to get the job done in one day. I would and plan to do business these guys again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Where do I begin? Let's just say I had an absolute nightmare on my hands for about 5 years with my sewage. I had one company quote me 7k after he snaked my sewage line and from there I just kept snaking it every year. I dreaded the oncoming financial disaster but I bit the bullet and called LiningWorks. BEST home decision of 5 years. Jeremiah came out and tackled this chaos with grace and integrity. Come to find out my line and lining is in pretty good shape. He got down to the "root" of it. After years of money, anxiety, and frustration he found out it was a city problem! I will definitely be calling LiningWorks when my lining needs replacing. Call them now, you will not be disappointed.

I am very happy with the work that was done and the clean up after the job was done. Jeremiah and Ralph are very professional and skilled in their craft. I received an estimate and the job did exceed the original estimate. I contacted them about it and they were very understanding and explained why.

Lining Works was excellent to work with. They were perfectly professional. They were organized, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. They took time to answer all of our questions. Pipe lining is an incredible option and the team at Lining Works couldn't have been better. They were also transparent, honest, and consistent with their cost/pricing. We couldn't be happier. We feel very fortunate that we found Lining Works. Great guys!

The main drain line in our airbnb kept clogging up, filling the house with an awful sewage smell. We had drain cleaners come out to clear the line every couple months but it finally got so bad we had to close off our bookings. LiningWorks were very prompt in coming out. We discovered tree roots had broken up our line. Our sewage line runs under a tree and 6ft deep through our crawlspace so digging it up was going to be a nightmare. Liningworks was able to cut the tree roots out and line the pipe without any digging so that it's as good as new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing sewage line repair.
