Camera before every quote
We run a pan-and-tilt inspection camera through your line before writing a single number. You watch the footage live. The diagnosis is never a black box.
We started LiningWorks because too many North Carolina homeowners were being handed a shovel estimate when a liner could fix the same problem without touching their yard. NC Plumbing License #16952. Serving the Piedmont Triad since 2017.
Family Owned & Operated
Built in Mocksville, NC Ralph and Jeremiah Helmuth spent years on traditional plumbing crews watching homeowners pay excavation prices for problems a liner could solve. Trenchless CIPP lining had been available for decades, but it rarely showed up on residential bids.
"We watched homeowners pay $15,000 to dig up a yard when a $4,000 liner would have done the same job. We built this company so that doesn't keep happening."
In 2017 they launched LiningWorks out of Mocksville with a straightforward mandate: camera every pipe before quoting, let the homeowner watch the footage, write a flat-rate price, and never pressure a same-day close. Today LiningWorks is the Piedmont Triad's trenchless specialist: CIPP lining, pipe bursting, hydro jetting, and camera inspection.
Not slogans: these are the day-to-day rules that keep our crews aligned and our customers calling us back.

One number, in writing, before we start. What we quote is what you pay: no "we found more damage" surprises after we're already in your yard.
We invert the liner under air or water pressure so it presses uniformly against the host pipe wall before curing. This is the method that maximizes the liner's 50-year service life.
Our CIPP liner carries a 50-year manufacturer design-life warranty. We also back our workmanship separately on resin cure, branch reinstatements, and cleanout connections.
We stepped away from septic work to stay focused on trenchless pipe repair. Specialization means better outcomes, not a generalist bid padded with equipment you don't need.
Pre- and post-job camera footage is yours to keep. Use it for your records, insurance claims, or the next home inspection. We document everything on video before we leave.
We grew up here, built the company here, and one of us is involved in every job. No exceptions.
"If I can't show the homeowner a clean pipe on video, the job isn't done. The post-camera verification isn't optional. It's the last step on every single install."
"I wrote the flat-rate model after watching too many homeowners get mid-job surprise invoices. We quote from camera footage, not from a description over the phone."
Call or text, tell us what's going on, and we'll talk through your options before you commit to anything.
