WHY CHOOSE LININGWORKS FOR DRAIN CLEANING

We clear the clog and tell you why it keeps coming back.

Most drain cleaning services clear your blockage and leave. We run a camera afterward — because a recurring clog means something structural is happening inside the pipe, and masking it with chemicals or a snake buys you a few weeks, not a solution.

  • 01

    Diagnosis before treatment

We camera-inspect before hydro jetting so we know what we are clearing and whether the pipe can handle full pressure. No guesswork, no accidental damage.

  • 02

    Hydro jetting, not just snaking

Our truck-mounted jetter scours the full pipe bore — not just a channel through the blockage. Grease, scale, and fine root tendrils come out completely.

  • 03

    Flat-rate pricing, always written

We quote before we start and the number does not change. No hourly clock running on your dime while the job takes longer than expected.

  • 04

    Permanent fixes available on-site

If the camera reveals root intrusion or a deteriorating joint, we can quote a trenchless liner repair right there. One call, one crew, one day.

DRAIN CLEANING FAQ

The questions homeowners ask us most.

Short, honest answers — same way we'd explain it on the phone.

Hydro jetting uses pressurized water — typically 3,000–4,000 PSI — to blast grease, scale, roots, and debris completely out of the pipe. Snaking mechanically cuts or pulls a clog loose but leaves residue on the pipe walls. For recurring clogs and grease-heavy lines (kitchens, restaurants), hydro jetting gives a cleaner result that lasts longer. For a simple one-off blockage, snaking is often faster and sufficient.

For a typical residential home, once every 18 to 24 months is a good preventive baseline. Older homes with cast iron pipes, homes with mature trees near the sewer line, and commercial kitchens benefit from annual cleaning. If you are experiencing recurring slow drains or backups, a camera inspection will tell us exactly what is driving it.

Slow drains in multiple fixtures at once usually mean a main line partial blockage. Gurgling sounds from toilets or floor drains after water runs elsewhere, sewage odors in the basement or yard, and water backing up into a tub when you flush the toilet are all signs the main line needs attention — not just a drain treatment.

When performed by a trained technician with the right equipment, no. We always run a camera before hydro jetting to confirm pipe condition. We do not jet severely deteriorated or partially collapsed sections — a camera inspection tells us exactly what the line can handle before we apply pressure.

Recurring clogs usually come from one of three sources: grease and soap scum buildup coating the pipe walls, root intrusion through pipe joints, or a structural issue like a belly (sag) in the line that traps debris. Snaking provides temporary relief, but a camera inspection identifies the root cause so we can fix it permanently.

Yes. We handle high-volume commercial drain cleaning including restaurant kitchen lines, grease interceptors, floor drain systems, and multi-unit residential buildings. Commercial jobs are quoted on-site after a camera assessment.

HOW IT WORKS

Clear drains in three straightforward steps.

We do not throw a snake at every clog and call it done. Here is how we actually approach a drain cleaning job.

01

Describe what you are seeing

Call or text us. We ask a few questions about which drains are affected, how long it has been happening, and any recent changes. That tells us whether this is a local clog or a main line issue before we even arrive.

02

Camera inspection first

We run a camera to confirm what is blocking the pipe — grease buildup, root intrusion, pipe scale, or structural damage — and quote the right fix on the spot before any jetting begins.

03

Clean, verify, and advise

We hydro jet or snake the line, confirm the clear with a post-cleaning camera pass, and flag anything structural that may need attention before it causes a backup. Straight answers, no pressure.

We had a plumbing emergency around the holiday's and called a local plumbing company. They cleared the line and quoted a pretty high price to dig up my yard and fix the damaged sewer line. The next day I found LiningWorks online and called Jeremiah. He was very helpful and confident they could fix my sewer line without digging. Seemed too good to be true. The lining has been installed, yard not damaged and looks to have resolved the break. Jeremiah even offered to come back and scope it at a later time to ensure it's all good. Highly recommend Lining Works for any situation where you can't or don't want to dig. Thanks guys!

LiningWorks was top notch. We had a sewer main that got damaged and was completely blocked up. They were able to clear the drain, remove all issues, and reline the entire sewer main without cutting out my driveway and yard. And they were able to get the job done in one day. I would and plan to do business these guys again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Where do I begin? Let's just say I had an absolute nightmare on my hands for about 5 years with my sewage. I had one company quote me 7k after he snaked my sewage line and from there I just kept snaking it every year. I dreaded the oncoming financial disaster but I bit the bullet and called LiningWorks. BEST home decision of 5 years. Jeremiah came out and tackled this chaos with grace and integrity. Come to find out my line and lining is in pretty good shape. He got down to the "root" of it. After years of money, anxiety, and frustration he found out it was a city problem! I will definitely be calling LiningWorks when my lining needs replacing. Call them now, you will not be disappointed.

The main drain line in our airbnb kept clogging up, filling the house with an awful sewage smell. We had drain cleaners come out to clear the line every couple months but it finally got so bad we had to close off our bookings. LiningWorks were very prompt in coming out. We discovered tree roots had broken up our line. Our sewage line runs under a tree and 6ft deep through our crawlspace so digging it up was going to be a nightmare. Liningworks was able to cut the tree roots out and line the pipe without any digging so that it's as good as new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing sewage line repair.
