SOLUTIONS · STORM DRAIN REHABILITATION

Storm drain rehabilitation solutions matched to what camera inspection actually finds.

Every storm drain rehabilitation starts with camera inspection — not a solution assumption. LiningWorks identifies the failure mechanism before recommending CIPP structural lining, point repair, or any combination of interventions. Camera-first diagnosis ensures the right solution is applied to the actual condition.

CAMERA-FIRST SOLUTION SELECTION

Why camera inspection before solution selection matters.

Storm drain problems that look the same on the surface have different causes underground — and different causes require different solutions. Sediment accumulation, structural collapse, root intrusion, and infiltration through failed joints all manifest as flooding or reduced capacity, but each requires a different rehabilitation approach.

LiningWorks camera inspection identifies which condition is causing the problem before any solution is recommended — ensuring the scope is right the first time.

CAMERA DETERMINES THE SCOPE

Why the right solution depends on what camera inspection shows.

Storm drain rehabilitation scoped without camera inspection frequently applies the wrong solution — treating distributed joint failure with spot repair, or specifying full-run lining when spot repair is adequate.

  • Point repair when defects are isolated — full-run lining when they're distributed
Camera inspection determines whether failures are localized to one or two points (point repair scope) or distributed across the full pipe run (full-run CIPP scope) — avoiding both over- and under-specification.
  • Hydro jetting when capacity loss is from sediment — structural rehabilitation when it's structural
Where flooding results from sediment accumulation, jetting restores capacity. Where it results from structural failure, rehabilitation is required. Camera distinguishes between these conditions accurately.
  • Structural liner when wall loss is significant — standard liner when the pipe is structurally intact
Liner thickness specification is based on measured wall-loss conditions from camera inspection — not a standard residential liner thickness applied to all conditions.

We had a plumbing emergency around the holiday's and called a local plumbing company. They cleared the line and quoted a pretty high price to dig up my yard and fix the damaged sewer line. The next day I found LiningWorks online and called Jeremiah. He was very helpful and confident they could fix my sewer line without digging. Seemed too good to be true. The lining has been installed, yard not damaged and looks to have resolved the break. Jeremiah even offered to come back and scope it at a later time to ensure it's all good. Highly recommend Lining Works for any situation where you can't or don't want to dig. Thanks guys!

LiningWorks was top notch. We had a sewer main that got damaged and was completely blocked up. They were able to clear the drain, remove all issues, and reline the entire sewer main without cutting out my driveway and yard. And they were able to get the job done in one day. I would and plan to do business these guys again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Where do I begin? Let's just say I had an absolute nightmare on my hands for about 5 years with my sewage. I had one company quote me 7k after he snaked my sewage line and from there I just kept snaking it every year. I dreaded the oncoming financial disaster but I bit the bullet and called LiningWorks. BEST home decision of 5 years. Jeremiah came out and tackled this chaos with grace and integrity. He got down to the root of it — after years of money, anxiety, and frustration he found out it was a city problem! I will definitely be calling LiningWorks when my lining needs replacing. Call them now, you will not be disappointed.

I am very happy with the work that was done and the clean up after the job was done. Jeremiah and Ralph are very professional and skilled in their craft. I received an estimate and the job did exceed the original estimate. I contacted them about it and they were very understanding and explained why.

Lining Works was excellent to work with. They were perfectly professional. They were organized, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. They took time to answer all of our questions. Pipe lining is an incredible option and the team at Lining Works couldn't have been better. They were also transparent, honest, and consistent with their cost/pricing. We couldn't be happier. We feel very fortunate that we found Lining Works. Great guys!

The main drain line in our airbnb kept clogging up, filling the house with an awful sewage smell. We had drain cleaners come out to clear the line every couple months but it finally got so bad we had to close off our bookings. LiningWorks were very prompt in coming out. We discovered tree roots had broken up our line. Our sewage line runs under a tree and 6ft deep through our crawlspace so digging it up was going to be a nightmare. Liningworks was able to cut the tree roots out and line the pipe without any digging so that it's as good as new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing sewage line repair.

Storm drain rehabilitation requires accurate diagnosis, licensed installation, and documentation that generalizes to every condition LiningWorks encounters in commercial and municipal systems.

Camera inspection before every rehabilitation recommendation

We don't recommend any scope without first confirming what the camera shows. Every solution is based on actual pipe conditions — not surface symptoms alone.

NC Plumbing License #16952

Licensed for commercial and municipal storm drain rehabilitation throughout North Carolina — including large-diameter systems, municipal infrastructure, and structural rehabilitation under roads and parking areas.

Written documentation for every project

Pre-rehabilitation camera report, installation documentation, and post-installation CCTV verification — everything your property records, insurance, and municipal files require.

Trenchless through existing storm drain access — no excavation of hardscape

All rehabilitation is performed through existing manholes, inlets, and headwalls — no road cuts, no parking lot excavation, no pavement restoration costs.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Get storm drain rehabilitation started in three steps.

Camera first — we identify the right solution for each segment before recommending any scope.

01

Call and describe the storm drain symptoms

336-477-3218, Mon–Sat 7AM–6PM. Flooding, sinkholes, blockages, odors — describe what you're seeing and we'll recommend the right assessment approach for the system.

02

Camera assessment identifies the right solution for each segment

We scope the affected system, document all failure mechanisms, and recommend the solution matched to each identified condition — point repair, full-run lining, jetting, or combined.

03

Trenchless rehabilitation with post-installation verification

Rehabilitation performed through existing access points — no excavation. Post-installation CCTV verification and written documentation for property records at project close-out.
