HOW WE CHOOSE
The camera inspection decides the solution — not us.
Most sewer companies show up with one solution in mind. LiningWorks shows up with a camera. Once we can see exactly what is happening inside your line — the crack location, the root mass, the pipe material, the belly depth — the right solution becomes obvious.
CIPP lining handles the majority of what we see in Charlotte. Pipe bursting is the call when the host pipe is too far gone to line. Hydro jetting clears the blockage when there is no structural damage. Descaling preps cast iron for a liner. Replacement is the last resort — and we will tell you honestly when that is the right answer.
Every solution we offer carries the same guarantee: one flat price agreed in writing before we start, and a camera verification after the work is done so you can see the finished result.
We use the camera inspection to choose — not a default upsell. Each solution below has a specific use case, and we only recommend what your line actually needs.
Trenchless solutions only work while the host pipe still holds its shape. Every month a failing line goes undiagnosed, options shrink and cost grows. Four reasons to act before the line gives up.
CIPP lining requires the host pipe to hold its shape
A cracked line can still be lined. A collapsed line cannot. Once the pipe fails completely, the job moves from a one-day trenchless install to excavation — with the cost to match.
Roots caught early mean jetting or lining — not bursting
Hairline root intrusion is a hydro-jet or lining job. A fully blocked line with structural damage is a pipe-bursting job. Early diagnosis keeps the simpler, less expensive solution on the table.
Mature trees, driveways, hardscape, and landscaping all survive a CIPP or bursting job. Waiting until the pipe collapses forces excavation that kills what is above.
A scheduled repair beats an emergency every time
Emergency callouts, weekend rates, and same-day mobilisation add cost before a shovel hits the ground. A planned trenchless job is always less expensive than a panic repair.

We had a plumbing emergency around the holiday's and called a local plumbing company. They cleared the line and quoted a pretty high price to dig up my yard and fix the damaged sewer line. The next day I found LiningWorks online and called Jeremiah. He was very helpful and confident they could fix my sewer line without digging. Seemed too good to be true. The lining has been installed, yard not damaged and looks to have resolved the break. Jeremiah even offered to come back and scope it at a later time to ensure it's all good. Highly recommend Lining Works for any situation where you can't or don't want to dig. Thanks guys!

LiningWorks was top notch. We had a sewer main that got damaged and was completely blocked up. They were able to clear the drain, remove all issues, and reline the entire sewer main without cutting out my driveway and yard. And they were able to get the job done in one day. I would and plan to do business these guys again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Where do I begin? Let's just say I had an absolute nightmare on my hands for about 5 years with my sewage. I had one company quote me 7k after he snaked my sewage line and from there I just kept snaking it every year. I dreaded the oncoming financial disaster but I bit the bullet and called LiningWorks. BEST home decision of 5 years. Jeremiah came out and tackled this chaos with grace and integrity. He got down to the root of it — after years of money, anxiety, and frustration he found out it was a city problem! I will definitely be calling LiningWorks when my lining needs replacing. Call them now, you will not be disappointed.

I am very happy with the work that was done and the clean up after the job was done. Jeremiah and Ralph are very professional and skilled in their craft. I received an estimate and the job did exceed the original estimate. I contacted them about it and they were very understanding and explained why.

Lining Works was excellent to work with. They were perfectly professional. They were organized, efficient, and friendly throughout the whole process. They took time to answer all of our questions. Pipe lining is an incredible option and the team at Lining Works couldn't have been better. They were also transparent, honest, and consistent with their cost/pricing. We couldn't be happier. We feel very fortunate that we found Lining Works. Great guys!

The main drain line in our airbnb kept clogging up, filling the house with an awful sewage smell. We had drain cleaners come out to clear the line every couple months but it finally got so bad we had to close off our bookings. LiningWorks were very prompt in coming out. We discovered tree roots had broken up our line. Our sewage line runs under a tree and 6ft deep through our crawlspace so digging it up was going to be a nightmare. Liningworks was able to cut the tree roots out and line the pipe without any digging so that it's as good as new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing sewage line repair.

Lining Works responded to my request quickly and fixed my drain problem very fast. I would highly recommend you give them a call.
Same three-step process on every job — whether your line needs a simple jet or a full CIPP liner.
01
Call and describe the problem
336-477-3218, Mon–Sat, 7AM–6PM. Walk us through the symptoms — slow drains, backups, smells — and we will tell you what to do right now and lock in a same-week visit.
02
We camera-scope your line
A technician runs a high-definition camera from cleanout to city tap. You watch on a monitor — every defect measured to the foot, every joint inspected, all recorded on video.
03
One flat-rate quote, right-sized solution
Based on what the camera found, we recommend the solution that actually fits. One written price before we start, camera-verified finish after, workmanship guarantee on every job.
Short, honest answers — same way we'd explain it on the phone.
We offer CIPP lining, pipe bursting, hydro jetting, pipe descaling, sewer camera inspection, and spot repair — each matched to the actual condition of your pipe.
Camera inspection first. The footage shows the defect type, location, pipe material, and access conditions — everything we need to recommend the most effective and least invasive solution.
In most cases, yes. CIPP lining and pipe bursting both replace or restore the pipe from existing access points — no trench, no surface disruption.
Most residential sewer repair jobs complete in one day. Complex commercial jobs may take two to three days.
