"Every plumber I called said I needed to reline the whole line. LiningWorks ran a camera, showed me it was one joint, and fixed just that spot. I was back in service the same afternoon for a fraction of what others quoted."
When a camera inspection finds a single crack, offset joint, or isolated defect, LiningWorks performs a trenchless spot repair targeting only that section — saving you the cost and disruption of relining the entire run.
Free phone consultation. Flat-rate pricing. No upsells, ever.
Trenchless Spot Repairs are targeted pipe fixes for isolated defects — a single cracked joint, a localized root intrusion, a short section of offset or collapsed pipe — where the surrounding line is otherwise healthy. No full-length liner, no full trench.
A spot repair installs a short liner sleeve — typically 3 to 10 feet — over the exact defect location identified by the camera inspection. The sleeve is cured in place using the same resin and process as a full CIPP installation, producing an equally durable repair at a fraction of the cost.
Spot Repairs make financial and practical sense when a full-length lining or pipe bursting job isn't warranted. A camera-confirmed single defect in an otherwise solid line is the ideal spot repair scenario.
Every spot repair begins and ends with a camera run. You see the before-and-after footage, the repaired section is measured and documented, and the job comes with the same written warranty as any full lining.

Camera-confirmed single defect — sleeve liner inserted, cured, and verified. A real spot repair job, not a demonstration.
Spot Repairs are the right fix when the camera finds a localized problem in an otherwise healthy pipe. These four defects are the most common spot repair scenarios we diagnose.
A LiningWorks spot repair is typically a half-day job — camera run to confirm the defect location, sleeve liner installed and cured, final camera verify done.
A Cotswold homeowner with a recurring blockage at the same location after three rounds of snaking. Camera found one offset joint at 32 feet with a root ball behind it. A 6-foot spot repair sleeve resolved the issue in under four hours.
"Every plumber I called said I needed to reline the whole line. LiningWorks ran a camera, showed me it was one joint, and fixed just that spot. I was back in service the same afternoon for a fraction of what others quoted."
We could reline every job from end to end and charge accordingly. We don't. If the camera shows a single defect, you get a spot repair quote — not a full lining quote. Four things define how we work.
Same process whether you are dealing with a recurring blockage at the same spot or a crack a camera just found during a pre-purchase inspection.

Most spot repair camera runs and quotes are delivered within 48 hours. The quote is flat-rate and includes the liner warranty.
In many cases, if the camera confirms a simple single-joint defect, the spot repair is performed the same visit.
