Commercial Hydro Jetting & Cleaning Services that clear what snaking leaves behind.

Commercial pipe systems accumulate grease, sediment, scale, and root mass at a rate residential systems never see. LiningWorks commercial hydro jetting and drain cleaning services use high-pressure water to cut through obstructions and restore full flow capacity — without chemicals or excavation.

WHAT IT IS

What commercial hydro jetting actually does to a blocked or scaled pipe.

Commercial hydro jetting uses high-pressure water — typically 3,000 to 4,000 PSI — delivered through a specialized nozzle to cut through grease accumulations, root masses, sediment packs, and mineral scale that snaking cannot remove.

Unlike snaking, which punches a hole through a blockage, hydro jetting cleans the full pipe diameter — removing the grease layer from the pipe wall, cutting roots flush with the joint, and flushing all debris downstream to the cleanout.

LiningWorks commercial jetting equipment handles pipe diameters from 3 inches to 36 inches. Every jetting service is preceded by a camera inspection to confirm the obstruction type, pipe condition, and access points — ensuring the right nozzle configuration and pressure for each system.

WHAT HYDRO JETTING CLEARS

Four obstructions commercial hydro jetting clears that snaking cannot.

Snaking breaks through blockages — hydro jetting removes the material from the pipe wall. These four obstruction types require jetting to permanently clear.

  • Grease accumulation on commercial kitchen drain lines
FOG (fats, oils, and grease) accumulates as a layer on the pipe wall, progressively narrowing flow capacity. Hydro jetting cuts the grease layer from the wall and flushes it clear.
  • Root masses at joint gaps in sewer mains
Roots that have entered through joint gaps form masses that snaking cannot remove. High-pressure jetting cuts the root mass back to the pipe wall and flushes root material downstream.
  • Sediment and silt packs in storm drain systems
Storm drain pipes accumulate sediment over time, especially at low-gradient sections. Hydro jetting mobilizes and flushes sediment packs to restore design flow capacity.
  • Mineral scale and calcium deposits in aging pipes
Hard water scale and calcium deposits build up inside older pipes. High-pressure water cuts through scale buildup that chemical treatments leave behind.

HOW OUR COMMERCIAL JETTING WORKS

Four things that make LiningWorks commercial hydro jetting different.

Commercial hydro jetting requires the right equipment, the right nozzle, and a camera assessment before the jet ever touches the pipe.

Camera inspection before jetting — always

We scope the pipe before selecting nozzle configuration and pressure. A structurally compromised pipe requires different handling than a grease-packed line.

3,000–4,000 PSI commercial jetting equipment

Our commercial jetting equipment handles 3-inch to 36-inch pipe diameters — including mainlines, storm drains, and grease trap laterals.

Full-diameter cleaning, not just puncture

High-pressure water cleans the full pipe diameter from wall to wall — removing grease films, root stubs, and sediment layers that snaking leaves behind.

Post-jetting camera verification of cleared line

Every commercial jetting service includes a post-jetting camera pass to verify the line is clear and document final pipe condition.

BEFORE & AFTER

Grease-packed kitchen drain line cleared in Uptown Charlotte restaurant.

A 4-inch cast-iron kitchen drain line at an Uptown Charlotte restaurant had reached near-total flow obstruction — recurring backups during service and slow floor drain recovery across all kitchen fixtures. Camera inspection found grease accumulation reducing the pipe bore to approximately 20% of original diameter over a 40-foot run.

LiningWorks performed commercial hydro jetting at 3,500 PSI with a rotating jetting nozzle, clearing the full 40-foot run in under 90 minutes. Post-jetting camera confirmed a clean pipe wall throughout. The restaurant returned to full service the same day.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Get commercial hydro jetting scheduled in three steps.

Camera-first diagnosis — we confirm what’s blocking the line before the jet goes in.

01

Call and describe the symptoms

336-477-3218, Mon–Sat 7AM–6PM. Describe the backup or flow restriction — which fixtures, how often, any prior cleaning history. We’ll advise on urgency and schedule.

02

Camera inspection confirms obstruction type and pipe condition

A camera goes down the line before jetting begins. We identify the obstruction, check pipe condition, and confirm whether jetting is the right approach.

03

High-pressure jetting, then camera verification

We jet the full run, flush all debris, then camera-verify the cleared pipe. You receive a written service report and post-jetting footage before we leave.
